1. 演題募集期間

2016年4月4日（月）～ 2016年5月9日（月） 5月30日（月）12：00

2. 応募資格

演題発表は筆頭演者一人につき一題とし、未発表のものに限ります。
筆頭演者（発表者）・共同演者ともに、日本臨床口腔病理学会会員に限ります。非会員の方は学会への入会手続きを行ってください。
ただし、日本口腔外科学会ならびに日本歯科放射線学会との申合せに基づき、筆頭演者は日本臨床口腔病理学会会員である必要がありますが、両学会々員が「共同演者」になる場合、本学会の会員資格は必須ではありません。

3. 演題募集

口演スライドならびにポスターは英語での表記としてください。また、口演も可能な限り英語での発表としていただき、海外からの参加者と活発な意見交換をしていただければと思います。

8月11日（1日目）の口演は歯原性腫瘍に関する症例検討を8月12日（2日目）はその他の頭頸部領域の病変に関する症例検討を募集します。

  • 一般演題　すべてポスターでの発表となります。
  • 症例検討　すべて口演での発表となります。
    ただし、演題数が多い場合にはポスターでの発表をお願いすることがありますのでご了承ください。
  • 学生ポスター賞部門　学部学生のポスター発表から選考します。
  • 優秀ポスター賞部門　ポスター発表の中から優秀ポスター賞を選考します。応募資格は年齢が40歳未満（発表年の4月1日現在）の本学会員となっております。ご希望の方は優秀ポスター賞にご応募ください。

※特別講演、シンポジウムは指定講演となります。

4. 募集要項

演題募集期間 2016年4月4日（月）～ 2016年5月9日（月） 5月30日（月）12：00
発表演者の氏名 発表者を筆頭演者にしてください。共同演者は10名以内です。
所属機関 共同演者の所属機関もそれぞれ入力してください。（9施設まで）
演題名 72字以内でお願いします。
和文抄録 制限文字数は900文字です。この字数を超えると登録できません。
英文抄録 和文抄録を登録した場合の制限単語数は100語です。英文抄録のみを使用する場合の制限単語数は250語です。制限単語数を超えると登録できません。
種別 「症例検討 口演」「一般演題 ポスター」「一般演題 ポスター賞」「学生演題 ポスター賞」よりお選びください。
パスワード 半角英数6文字以上
（記号は「-（ハイフン）」「_（アンダースコア）」「.（ピリオド）」「,（カンマ）」が使用可能です）

症例検討は、バーチャルスライドで行う予定です。

2. Applicant eligibility

First author can submit only one abstract that should be based on previously unpublished data.

3. Call for papers

Abstracts for poster and oral presentation will be accepted.
Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
Abstracts should be based on previously unpublished data.

  • Only selected case/slide reports will be considered for “oral presentation”.
    Day1 (11th August, 2016): Case/Slide conference of Odontogenic Tumors
    Day2 (12th August, 2016): Case/Slide conference of Other Diseases of Head and Neck Region
  • Abstracts for general research should be submitted as “poster presentations”.
  • “Poster award session” is a new highlight of the 27th JSOP meeting.
  • Two separate award categories for posters; one for general researchers and another for undergraduate students.
  • General researchers should check the “general poster award” category while submitting the form to compete for award. Applicants must be under 40 years of age (as of April 1, 2016) and have the membership of JSOP.
  • Undergraduate students should check as “Undergraduate poster award category”.

4. Submission guidelines:

i. Submission period:

4th April - 9th May 30th May, 2016
(no later than 12:00 noon Japan Standard Time)

ii. Authors

First author should be the presenter.
Maximum of ten authors can be included in the abstract.

iii. Institution

Affiliations for all authors should be included (Up to 9 institutions)

iv. Title

Title of less than 144 characters will only be accepted.

v. Abstract

Abstract should be limited to 250 words.

vi. Category

Please select category from “Case/slide seminar (Oral)”, “General Poster”, “General poster award” and “Undergraduate poster award”.

Vii. Password

Alphanumeric 6 or more characters.
Marks of "-", "_", "." and "," are usable.

※ Case/Slide conference guidelines:

After acceptance of the abstract, the authors for case /side conference should submit two H&E stained slides and two copies of printed abstract by mail to the organizing committee in the following address. Deadline of slide submission will be 13th June, 2016.

5. Acceptance and process

All abstracts submitted for the 27th JSOP meeting are subject to peer review by the organizing committee. The Committee's decision of acceptance and guidelines of poster presentation will be informed by e-mail to the selected applicants only.
